4th ANNUAL SISTER BAY COMMUNITY RUMMAGE SALE - Over 40 sales sites - Saturday, May 17, 2008.

14th ANNUAL MARINA FEST - Food, music, children's events, water ski show, wooden boat show, used book sale, decorated boats competition, and fireworks - Saturday, August 30, 2008.

FALL FEST - Huge arts and crafts show, helicopter rides, fish boil, children's cake walk, classic car show, many different food and drink concessions at various locations throughout the Village, carnival rides and inflatable games, music, ping-pong ball drop, and much more - Friday, October 17, 2008 through Sunday, October 19, 2008.
