Led by the
Economic Development Committee (EDC), the Village of Sister Bay, with hired
consultant Vandewalle & Associates, is in the process of developing a
Downtown Redevelopment Plan & Implementation Strategy to advance downtown
revitalization. Once completed, the Plan will present site redevelopment
concepts, strategies, and implementation priorities for key sites in the
Village-identified downtown area. The final plan document will be a
user-friendly, marketing style document to be used in implementation to
revitalize Downtown and recruit developers and businesses.
